These are fitness-based classes with a specific focus on developing strength and flexibility for people at all stages of their journey. No experience required!
Work on developing a strong and bendy back and shoulders. Each session focuses on a different trick (bridge, chest stand, forearm stand, needle scale).
This full body work out incorporates ballet-style drills alongside yoga and pilates. Feel strong and fit and maybe one day you'll be able to lift you leg right up to your head, and keep it there!
This is a full body work out in a circuit style format. With a focus on abs, upper body, lower body and cardio, this one will make you sweat!
Keen to nail those splits? Or over splits? This class will help develop strength in your flexibility to achieve the most beautiful front and middle splits.
